Daniel

11 years and we still miss you.  I will always remember your sweet face, the curve of your bitty little chin, your precious little hand and how it fit on my fingertip.  I miss you, precious boy.  May Heaven hold you close and whisper my love to you.

All my love,
Mommy

Back to Blogging

Hello world.  Long time no write.  ;-) This last year+ since I have blogged has been full of heart-warming moments, God-sized adventures and bursting with the regular daily-ness of life.

Johnathan, Eli & Ardena are our daily joys...and the cause of many prayers for patience ;-) and fill our lives with such fun.

Johnathan is becoming a protector, and in his own way shows his love for his brother and sister daily by trying to keep them safe and out of harms way.  He is such a big helper to me when we go out and about, and I finally have someone to push the shopping cart around the grocery store AND bring all the groceries in!  Yay!  Haha!  Having children is actually paying off.  (I kid, but really, it's nice to have help!)

Eli is our little lovey-boy.  Ever ready to give and receive hugs.  He really does have a huge heart.  He adores his baby sister and looks up to his big brother.  He is a little attention grabber for sure, but mostly because he's just trying to find his own place right there in the center of it all, poor middle child.  :-)

Ardena is our resident angel-girl.  We are still so in love with our little baby girl.  The boys dote on her (to a fault at times) and will just about do anything for Sister.  She is such a delight, and really, we could not imagine life without her precious little life in it.  She makes every day like sunshine, and brightens our life in numerous ways.

Signing off for now,

Full to Bursting

This past week my mother heart has been full to bursting.  You know that feeling you have when you look at your children, realize just how blessed you are, and your heart feels like it's literally growing out of your chest?  Yeah, that's how I've felt.  It's been a challenging week in many ways, the kiddos have been a bit under the weather and attitudes have been off-kilter, but there have been many moments when I've looked around at my little crew and felt so incredibly blessed.

I just love my little people so very much!

(Get ready for a photo overload from the last couple of months!)

Happy Friday, y'all!
