The best day of our lives
On Tuesday, April 1st at 9:09 am, Johnathan Aaron Aldape entered into this world via C-section. He weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces, and was 18 3/4 inches long. It was the best day of our lives, and each day our joy keeps growing and growing. He is a perfect little baby, and Aaron and I couldn't be happier as parents. We have been totally initiated into the no sleep club, but every missed wink of sleep is one million percent worth it. Johnathan is on a pretty good schedule of eating about every 2.5 hours, and thankfully I'm able to supply what he needs which is so wonderful and such a sweet way to bond with my little boy. Aaron is such a fantastic dad, and is already learning Johnathan's little cries and what they mean. It is just great to finally have this precious baby that we and so many others have prayed for. Here are a few pictures for y'all to enjoy. I will continue updating this blog with the new adventures I'm sure will come our way. Thanks to each of you for the prayers, encouragement and support.

Grace, so many prayers have been prayed for you, and God has blessed you beyond measure! We'll keep praying for little Johnathan to trust in the Lord at a very young age, and we'll also pray that you and Aaron have the wisdom to train him up in a godly way. Wow! Grace, you're a MOMMY! :)
Gracie, the pictures are great! I am so happy for all of you, and that I am again an aunt! This time to Johnathan!!! I couldn't be more thankful to God at this moment!
He's beautiful. Kayla and David kept saying how beautiful he is and the pictures prove it!
Welcome to the 'c' club! I'm so glad that everything is going well. It sounds like recovery is going smooth too! Praise the Lord!
We got to see your belly grow on this blog, so now I'm looking forward to seeing little Johnathan grow up! Can't wait.

Dear Grace & Aaron, I'm on this before reading your comments, just first looked at the photos,and Johnathan is SOOO precious!! You and Aaron have such gift to hold, love, teach, direct him in the Lord's ways. This is such a blessing beyond your dreams, isn't it!! Baby bautiful, loveable and hugable!! Kissable!!! Can't wait!!
